  • FULL WALLS

    Full walls provide protection from wind, rain, and direct sunlight. They are made from durable, waterproof material and attach to the tent structure with zippers, ensuring a stable and enclosed space. An ideal choice for events where increased privacy or weather protection is required.

  • WALLS WITH ENTRANCE

    Walls with a centrally sewn‑in zipper offer convenient entry and exit while maintaining protection from wind and precipitation. The zipper is strong and easy to use, allowing you to quickly open or close the wall as needed. A practical solution for events with frequent guest movement.

You can choose between two high‑quality fabric types — Oxford or Colorado — depending on how intensively and in what conditions the tent will be used.

How long does it take to produce the tent?

Our tents are typically made within 5–7 business days after the order is placed.
The entire process is handmade, and each tent is crafted individually to ensure high quality and precision.

If you need the tent by a specific date, just send us a message — we will provide an exact production time, and we can usually adjust to match your event schedule.

Can I order a tent with my own logo?

At the moment, our tents are available only in our standard design, without printed logos. If you have special requests or ideas for the future, feel free to contact us — we are always happy to hear customer ideas and can recommend the most suitable solutions.

Are the tents waterproof?

Our tents are made from high‑quality outdoor fabrics with a specified water resistance level (mm). This means the tent provides reliable protection from rain in everyday and moderate weather conditions.
If maximum water resistance is important for your event, we will help you choose the most suitable fabric and explain which mm rating will work best for your needs.

How are the tent walls attached?

The tent walls are attached using integrated zippers — both on the tent opening and on the wall itself. This allows the walls to be put on or removed quickly and easily, adapting the tent to the weather or event scenario.

Can I order only the walls?

Yes — walls can be ordered separately, but only for our own Star Tents, as each manufacturer uses different sewing methods and dimensions.

Ordering walls together with the tent is the most convenient option, but it is not mandatory.
If the tent has been used for a longer time, the fabric may slightly change shape, so producing new walls may require additional precision. If you’re unsure, just write to us — we’ll help determine the best solution for your tent.

Do you offer installation services?

Yes — we offer tent installation upon request, arranged in advance for a specific date and location.

If you want the tent to be set up at a particular time or on the event day, feel free to contact us — we will prepare an offer and find the most convenient solution.

Do the tents come with a warranty?

Yes — all HH Family design tents and accessories come with a 24‑month warranty under normal usage conditions.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, and we always assist if a product does not last as long as expected.

How should I care for and store the tent?

Storage:
After use, make sure the tent, central pole, and all components are completely dry. Store the tent in the original carrying bag, in a dry and well‑ventilated place.

Cleaning:
Clean the tent with a damp, soft cloth using cool or warm water (up to 30°C). Machine washing is not recommended, as it may affect the fabric’s quality and shape.

Can the tent be used in winter or strong wind?

The tents are suitable for various weather conditions, but for safety reasons we recommend avoiding extreme conditions such as very strong winds or heavy snow.

Safe‑use recommendations:

  • Stay under the tent only if wind speed does not exceed 15 m/s
  • Ensure the ground is firm enough for the stakes to hold securely
  • After strong wind or prolonged rain, check whether the stakes have loosened

Can I see the tent before ordering?

Yes — with prior arrangement, you can view the tent at our location. Since we both manufacture and rent out tents, we can show you one of our rental models so you can evaluate the materials, construction, and quality in person.

How does delivery work?

We provide delivery across Latvia and can arrange international shipping upon request. Contact us, and we will offer the best delivery option and the most favorable price to your specified address.

Can I pick up the tent in person?

Yes — you can also pick up the tent in person at our location, by arranging the pickup time in advance.
